Chicken and smoked bacon patties recipe step by step

Ingredients

For hamburgers

Elaboration step by step

5. To make the salad , peel the carrot and onion and wash the cherry tomatoes. File the onion, grate the carrot and cut the tomatoes in half. Dress with olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice.
6. To make the cress dressing , you will have to process the watercress and mix it with the lemon zest, the mayonnaise and the peeled and grated garlic clove.

7. Serve the burgers with the salad and watercress dressing in a bowl. Accompany the dish with lemon segments.
