Strawberries, like various citrus fruits, have vitamin C, among others. This strawberry gazpacho dish is perfect for spring / summer , because it is consumed cold. The main ingredient of this delicious gazpacho is the strawberry, although it is also made with cucumber, chives, garlic, red pepper, and so on. Ingredients
- 300g of strawberries
- 15g of cucumber
- 20g of chive
- 3 cups of water
- 15g of red pepper
- 30g of bread crumb
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Elaboration step by step
1. Wash the strawberries very well, removing the peduncles.
2. Cut them into pieces and reserve some to decorate.
3. Put the cut strawberries in the blender jar and add the onion, the breadcrumbs moistened in sherry vinegar , the peeled and cut cucumber, the peeled garlic clove, the pepper cut into strips without ribs or seeds , the sugar and the pinch of salt.
4. Beat very well for a few seconds until you achieve a homogeneous puree.
5. Add the water and beat again.
6. Add the oil little by little as you continue stirring and pass the strawberry gazpacho through a Chinese sieve to get a smooth soup.
