CHEESECAKE RECIPE - NO OVEN

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE A CHEESE CAKE WITHOUT AN OVEN


  • 100g of marie cookies
  • 50g of butter
  • 500g cream cheese, or spread cheese
  • 500 cream to assemble (cream of milk to beat)
  • 100g of sugar
  • 8 sheets of neutral gelatin (or 15g of gelatin powder)
  • 300g of strawberry jam

RECIPE OF THE CHEESE TABLE WITHOUT OVEN:


1.- Prepare the base of the cake. For this we put the cookies in a shredder. We beat them well. Then add the butter at room temperature and stir again. It will remain as a kind of fine sand
2.- We put this mixture in the bottom of a removable mold for pies. If you first spread it with oil or butter better. Easier to disassemble
3.- We crush everything uniformly in the bottom of the mold. Try not to leave free holes because the cake will go on top of it, and we do not want it to run for them. Done this put the mold in the refrigerator while we perform the following steps
4.- In a casserole we put the cream, the cheese to spread and the sugar. We heat and stir constantly, without ever boiling at any time . This burns very easily.
5.- When all the ingredients have been well integrated, without lumps, add 6 sheets of gelatin (about 12g if it is powdered), following the manufacturer's instructions. Generally it is necessary to soak it in water before using it. We integrate it with the rest of the ingredients
6.- We put all this mixture on the base of cookies. Let it sit for 10 minutes and then put it in the fridge for an hour.
7.- After the time, we prepare the superior coverage. In another pot we put the jam and heat it. When it is about to break to boil, add the rest of the gelatin. Mix well and put on top of the cake. The cake is not yet fully curdled, but enough to hold this layer. We put back in the fridge and leave a minimum of 6 hours. If it is a whole night, better (from 8 to 12 hours)
