INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHICKEN WINGS BUFFALO WINGS FOR 4 PEOPLE
- 12 chicken wings
- 200g of a hot sauce of your choice (it may be something else or something less, depending on what the sauce in question and your taste for spicy)
- 100g butter
- 1 teaspoon and a half of chilli pepper or ground chili
- 1 teaspoon and a half of paprika or Paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 100g of flour
- 1 splash of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (fine corn flour)
- salt and pepper
- A pinch of sugar
- Oil
HOW TO MAKE THE RECIPE OF BUFFALO WINGS CHICKEN WINGS
1.- If we have not already cut them, we cut the chicken wings. Using a very sharp knife, we cut each blade by its joint. The lace, we removed

5.- After the time, we will have fried the wings and the sauce ready. First of all, remove the chicken wings from the oil and place them on absorbent paper, to remove the excess oil.
