SPONGE CHOCOLATE BISCUITS


The spongy chocolate sponge cake is a very easy and quick to make candy. You just have to know the measures to prepare it. And here I will give them in detail. As a result, you'll get a sponge cake that will appeal to both large and small. To prepare this sponge cake, you will need the following ingredients:

INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE A SPONGY CHOCOLATE SPONGE CAKE:


  • 4 eggs
  • 200g of sugar
  • 250g of dark chocolate for desserts
  • 250g of butter
  • 80g of flour
  • 15g of baking powder or baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Salt

RECIPE OF SPONGEOUS CHOCOLATE BISCUIT:


1.- We put a small pot on a larger one, full of water at the boiling point. Inside the small one, we put the chocolate and butter and melt both ingredients
2.- In a bowl put the eggs and sugar and whisk with a stick or fork for a few minutes, until the egg has doubled in size
3.- Add the cinnamon, a pinch of salt, which will enhance all the flavors and also help the sponge cake better, the mixture of melted chocolate and butter. We mix all the ingredients again
4.- Mixing these ingredients, we put the flour and the chemical yeast sifted. To sift it we can use a simple strainer. We put it inside it and making soft movements, we sift over the previous mixture. Once this is done, we mix all the ingredients again. In the end we should have a dough that sticks a little to the rod, but that immediately falls. If you are too thick, you can take a small splash of milk.
5.- We grease with butter a mold to make bizchocos. Once greased, sprinkle with flour. With this, we will avoid sticking once it is baking. Finally, put in the oven that will be previously heated to 180ºC. We leave it here for about 30 minutes. Until we pierce with a fork, and see that it comes out clean (forbidden to open the oven for the first 15 minutes of cooking, or else it will lower us)
