Avocado and smoked salmon recipe

Ingredients


  • circular sheet of puff pastry
  • 750g avocados or avocado
  • 125g smoked salmon
  • 100 ml evaporated milk
  • Half lemon juice
  • Fresh coriander
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • Coarse salt

Elaboration step by step

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. Stretch the puff pastry dough on a baking sheet previously greased with butter or oil; click and pinch it with egg. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes and let cool.
3. To make the avocado cream , peel the avocados and remove the pit.
4. Place the pulp of two avocados in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice and evaporated milk.
5. Mix the avocado, lemon and evaporated milk with an electric wand until you get a cream. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
4. Spread the avocado cream over the cold puff pastry.
5. Cut the remaining avocado into thin slices and place them around.
6. Crumble the smoked salmon and put the pieces in the center. Decorate the avocado and smoked salmon tart with fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle with coarse salt.
