CHOCOLATE BROWNIE WITH NUTS
The brownies or chocolate brownie with nuts is a cake of unleavened chocolate and therefore compact, originating from the USA. Legend has it that the origin of the brownie is that a clueless cook forgot to put leaven on his cake at the end of the 19th century. Another legend says that he was not a cook and that he did not forget the yeast, but a housewife who was left without yeast, I improvise this cake ... Whatever its origins, this dessert is as easy to make as good this. So after reading the recipe, it's your turn to put on your apron and put on it.
INGREDIENTS for a 4-person brownie:
- 200g of chocolate for desserts. It can be black or white chocolate (photo above)
- 200g butter
- 200g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 80g of flour
- OPTIONAL One tablespoon of ground cinnamon and some crushed walnuts
HOW TO MAKE A CHOCOLATE BROWNIE:
1.- We cook water in a large container and, in a smaller one, we put the chocolate and butter. When the water is boiling, we put the container of chocolate and butter on top of the water. This cooking method is called "In the bathroom". We leave it there until everything has melted well.
2.- In a bowl, mix the eggs and the sugar. We beat everything well with a fork.
3.- Pour the melted chocolate and butter into the egg and sugar mixture. Then add the flour, nuts and cinnamon.
4.- In a mold well spread with butter and sprinkled with flour, so that it does not stick in the oven, we toss this mixture.
5.- Pre-heat the oven to about 150ºC. We put our mixture in the crack in the middle of the oven, for about 30 minutes. To know if it is done or not, we will stick with a fork and when it comes out dry, it will mean that the brownie is already cooked! . Be patient when you leave the oven and, let it rest for a while because until it loses some temperature, it will not be able to demold well. It will be undone.
4.- In a mold well spread with butter and sprinkled with flour, so that it does not stick in the oven, we toss this mixture.

The chocolate brownie with nuts is really delicious. The powder gate and nuts are optional, but if you add them, you will notice that there is still much better. You can serve it hot, along with some ice cream. The hot-cold mixture is very good. Or you can serve it with whipped cream. You can also let it cool, melt more chocolate with sugar and put it on top, as a cover. And if you do not want to complicate, you can eat it just as it is, it is to not leave even the crumbs!
