Ingredients
- 1 sheet of rectangular puff pastry
- 1 kilo of beef sirloin
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot

- 1 egg
- 1 glass of dry sherry
- Salt and ground black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley
Elaboration step by step
1. Season the beef sirloin with salt and ground black pepper ; Cover with oil and place on a baking sheet in a strong oven, approximately 220 ° C for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool.
2. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and grate the carrot. Place these ingredients in a pan with butter and add a little fresh chopped parsley.

4. Remove from the heat and mix with the foie and season with salt and ground black pepper. Let it cool.
