SWEET pancakes RECIPE
The sweet crepes (in some countries known as pancakes) are a kind of pancake flour, milk and egg. Their preparation can resist a bit at first, because they stick to the pan or resist turning them around but in reality, they are quite easy to make. You just have to take into account a couple of aspects that I will tell you next. The crepes are very typical of French gastronomy. They can be both sweet and salty although this time, we will not focus on making some sweet crepes:
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE ABOUT 4 SWEET PANCAKES
- 100g of wheat flour
- 200ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 50g of sugar
- Butter
RECIPE OF SWEET pancakes
1.- In a beater glass, we put the flour, milk, egg and sugar. Then with the hand mixer (or the instrument you have at home to crush food) we beat everything well until they integrate all the ingredients. It will be a rather liquid mixture without a single lump
2.- We put a pan over medium heat. Very important that it is non-stick . So that the crep does not stick. We take a teaspoon of butter and wait for it to melt
3.- We put the dough in a ladle and the ladle, we throw it into the pan, trying to cover the maximum of its surface. Then we take the pan and with a wrist movement, we turn it slightly, so that the dough ends covering the whole pan. We put it back on fire and wait a minute for that face to cook
4.- After the minute, quickly shake the pan to check that the crep has not stuck. Then we put carefully and underneath a thin spatula, with a quick movement we turn the twist, so that the other side cooks.
5.- After another minute we remove it from the pan and place it on a plate, while we continue making the rest of the crepes.
Making sweet crepes is easier than it looks. It only takes practice and the first two may not come out (or maybe they do). But do not despair and keep trying! Sooner rather than later, they end up coming out!
As a filling, you can use a Nutella, with some slices of banana. It's great! And if not a dulce de leche . The truth that you can fill them with what you like most
