RIBS ON THE OVEN TO THE BARBECUE

4.- Preheat the oven to 200ºC and put the ribs with the reserved sauce, so they do not dry too much for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we turn them over and leave another 20.
5.- Now, we remove the ribs, we paint them well with the sauce already reduced and cooked and we put them back in the oven until they are done. They should not take long, depending on the size of the ribs. Between 5 and 20 minutes. When they are cooked, we can repaint with more barbecue sauce on top, if we wish.
