4 fresh and healthy salads


If you want to purify your body after the Christmasand end of the year meals , this time I bring you 4 fresh and healthy salads. These are full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and nutrients necessary for the proper functioning of your body. They are ideal for vegetarians and vegans, since they do not contain ingredients of animal origin.

1. Watermelon salad

Mix in a bowl two cups of watermelon cut into cubes without seeds or peel with a cup of peeled cucumber and ½ cup of avocado cut in the same way. Add a little parsley, mint and serrano chile finely chopped and season with lemon juice and salt to taste.

2. Cauliflower salad

Put in a bowl three cups of finely chopped cauliflower, a cup of yellow corn, a peeled cucumber and cut into thin slices, ½ bell pepper cut into thin strips, ¼ of cherry tomatoes and a little chives and chopped serrano pepper. Add salt, pepper, tahini with lemon ; and, lemon juice.

3. Broccoli salad

Cut the broccoli into pieces so raw, or steam it if you wish. Add some strawberries, raspberries, avocado and lemon juice, and add a dressing made with cashews , raspberries and a little water in the blender. Make that sauce and pour over the salad. It will be super tasty!

4. Chickpea salad


If you are a vegetarian or vegan person, prepare this salad by mixing a can of drained and canned chickpeas, a cucumber cut into thin slices, a tomato cut into pieces, a little avocado cut into cubes, black olives and cut into slices; cilantro, parsley and chopped purple onion. Salt and pepper to taste and pour some lemon juice on top.
