I have called this baby salad recipe because it is made with preserved baby corn cobs, also known as baby corn or baby corn. Ingredients
- 200g of frozen peas
- 100g of frozen green beans
- 8 baby corn cobs in canned
- 30g butter c / n
- 1 carrot or baby carrots
- 6 leaves of basil
- Cebollino c / n
- Oil c / n
- Salt and ground black pepper c / n
Elaboration step by step
- Cook frozen peas and green beans separately.
- Put plenty of water in a pot and when it breaks boil, add a little salt and the carrot peeled and cut into strips four or five centimeters long. When it is well cooked, remove it and let it cool.
- Put the butter in a pan and a drizzle of oil and add the green beans, peas and carrots.
- Incorporates baby corn cobs in canned and mixed.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix with the basil leaves . Sprinkle with chopped onion and salt and pepper to taste.
