Ingredients
For skewers
- 240g of mussels melados
- 120g of flour 0000
- 120g of bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon dried dehydrated parsley
- Salt and ground black pepper c / n

- 1 lemon
- Frying oil c / n
For the aioli
- 240 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
Elaboration step by step
Preparation of the sauce aioli
1. To make the homemade alioli sauce, place the blender jar in oil together with the peeled and chopped garlic cloves.
2. Blend for a few minutes and add the egg, salt and squeezed lemon juice.
3. Continue blending until you get a thick mayonnaise sauce .
Preparation of brochettes
1. To make the mussel brochettes, sprinkle the peeled mussels with the squeezed lemon juice .
2. Season with salt and ground black pepper and place 6 peeled mussels on each brochette stick.
3. Reboza passing first through flour and then through a mixture of egg and dehydrated parsley. Finally, it goes through bread crumbs.
4. Put plenty of oil in a pan and bring to the fire. When hot, fry mussel brochettes until golden brown. If you do not want to fry them, you can bake them.
5. Remove the brochettes and place them on absorbent paper. Serve with homemade aioli and enjoy.
